The last two days spent in Romania the team was able to do some sightseeing. With the past weeks activities and the team being apart much of the time it was great to spent some time together in fellowship. We were able to visit Herastrau Park and it's Village Museum and did some shopping in some of the oldest parts of Bucharest.

Notes from   Team 2

"Here I sit in the only air conditioned room in the church at two o'clock in the morning trying to put into words what has been happening here in Romania.  I have been in Bucharest for the past four weeks and now have only two short weeks remaining. It has gone too quickly!  It is hard to actually sit down and put into words how wonderful our God really is while in the midst of a trip like this.  It has been a blessing to see the first two teams come and touch so many lives. And to now anticipate the third teams arrival knowing that so many more will be touched is very exciting.  I am so proud of our teams and thankful for each and every team member!
Personally, I have learned so much more about compassion.  Compassion has never been more clearly demonstrated for me as I saw in the village of Albesti. In the small gypsy village of Albesti two ENC students started a work that many would have shied away from.  The compassion they showed to the people was amazing. They were so excited about their work and rejoiced at even the smallest victory. To see the appalling conditions in which these people lived and then to see the bright light of Jesus in these two ladies was a real inspiration and a joy to behold.  As for the rest of my time here, it has been a joy each and every day! I love the people here, and has been a wonderful experience once again. Thank you all for your love and prayers."

"What an incredible door the Lord opened in my life.  I had heard so many stories about the beautiful people and country of Romania, but to actually experience it for myself was a whole other story.  The people stole my heart from day one and it will be very hard to say goodbye.  It has been such a blessing to serve here with a wonderful group of people, i can only pray that the opportunity will come around again.  Thanks to all those who helped me out and made this trip possible!!  We serve an awesome God...P.D.L.!!!!"

Much love in Christ,
Tasha

PS. To all my Romanian brothers and sisters, you are amazing...thanks for everything
