Sent: Thursday, July 19, 2001 11:00 AM Church Family, On Thursday Rod, Penny, Brian,Doc, Leanne, Kathy, Bob and Alaine left the building at 6:15 AM to catch the train for Sighisoara. This was after many of us slept 4-5 hours and woke up between 1:30AM and 5:00AM. You may know more about what is happening in Sighisoara because I don't know if they will e-mail us. Jann, April and Joy went to the hospital for the first time on Thursday. Jann was exhausted from the trip on Wednesday, but Thursday morning she looked like she could run a marathon. They had a good session, and will go back again Friday. Tasha and I worked with the staff on various things including planning, shopping for food and a little bit of work. Tasha is also being worked into her position as a missionary. She is already living with Clara at Viilor House, which is across town. The web sit address is http://goodfamilies.com/romania2001. There aren't any pictures yet as Tasha and I are working
to transfer from her digital video camera, to her laptop and then to disk
to send home. Hopefully we'll have something on Friday. The other group
took a camera with them, so their pictures will be ready Monday. The
weather is warm/hot, but not too bad, and we are eating well.
