I first traveled to Romania in 1995, and have returned on a regular basis ever since. On that trip in '95’ I felt God's call on my life to serve the people of Romania. Initially, the ministry revolved around basketball and other activities for children, but as more people shared my vision, God opened up new ministries and locations to display His love and grace to the Romanian people. Along the way, I have been supported by my wife Donna, and our children Kelsey, Jordan and Abigail. This year I’m especially excited to be taking Kelsey to Romania, after having traveled with her on a mission trip to Mexico in 2005.

Special Interests and talents: Music (piano and singing), working with children and youth, learning new things, spending time with my friends and family, American Sign Language, working/helping out at church in various ministries as well as loving and getting to know people, and most importantly the Lord Jesus Christ!

I definitely feel a call to serve the Lord through missions. Last year I went to Tijuana, Mexico for a week with my youth group and God transformed my life and instilled in me a heart to share Him and His love with the world around me. This year I decided it would be neat to go to Romania with my Dad and get to know the people and country he loves so much. Also, it’s a longer trip then Mexico was and it’ll help prepare me for a future planned and even longer trip to Africa, which is definitely where my heart is at this point in my life.
